Shipping Locations                                                                              

Noemsø Designs ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time                                                         

All Noemsø Designs products are made to order — your item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.    

Suitcases may require up to 5–10 business days for production due to their size and complexity.

Customers cannot be modify orders once production begins. 

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.                                        

Delivery Time                                                                                   

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days via standard shipping.     

Total estimated time from order to delivery is 6–12 business days for most products.

Order Tracking                                                          

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use this to follow your  order directly with the carrier.                                        

Delays                                                                  

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at noemsodesigns@gmail.com and we will investigate.                                  

Lost or Damaged Orders                                                                          

If your order never arrives or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at noemsodesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage where applicable. We will reship or refund at no cost to you.                                         

Address Accuracy                                                                                

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Noemsø Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at noemsodesigns@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.                            

Undeliverable Packages                                                  

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

All orders are printed and fulfilled by Printify on behalf of Noemsø Designs.
